Nell believes we are all worthy of having peace, meaning, and purpose in our lives.
Living a life of gratitude and wellness is attainable through therapeutic collaboration, development of skills, peer support, and community connectedness. Mindfulness and compassion for self and others are vital components to finding our “north star”, and Nell hopes you develop a connection to yours at Driftwood. Recovery is possible and even fun, Nell’s infectious spirit inspires clients to embrace their upward spiral!
Nell’s daily wellness practice includes following a vegan diet, mediation, yoga, and communing with nature through evening walks around Austin’s Lady Bird Lake. She’s committed to her own spiritual and social wellness through 12-step recovery and fellowship and is an avid reader. When not working or practicing, she enjoys early bird dinners on South Congress with friends and family and travels regularly around the country for live music events.
