Andrew joined the Driftwood family in June 2022, beginning his journey as a Care Coordinator before earning a promotion to Shift Lead. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine and pursued graduate studies in the same field before choosing to work full-time in the NFL. Inspired by his lived experience, Andrew expanded his expertise by completing further education in Chemical Dependency, ultimately earning his LCDCI certification. His dedication to personal growth and professional development allows him to connect with and support those on their recovery journeys.
Andrew is a dedicated case manager who works with clients individually and facilitates group therapy. He primarily utilizes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in one-on-one sessions, helping clients develop psychological flexibility and resilience. In group therapy, he employs a diverse range of modalities, tailoring his approach to each group’s unique needs and dynamics.
Andrew is driven by a deep desire to help others discover what he has found in sobriety—a life filled with joy, freedom, and a greater sense of purpose. He believes in transforming past struggles into valuable tools for growth, empowering others to find meaning and fulfillment on their own journey.
