Through her work across the field, including admissions and case management within a dual diagnosis continuum of care, clinically leading an acute psychiatric unit, and developing an adolescent dual diagnosis Intensive Outpatient Program, Christi discovered her passion for balancing direct client care with a broader operational and systems level perspective. She is especially drawn to leadership roles that allow her to provide supervision and contribute to the ongoing growth and development of helping professionals across disciplines. In her work with clients, Christi is dedicated to helping individuals with complex or co-occurring disorders identify their intrinsic strengths and build fulfilling, meaningful lives, while advocating for increased access to mental health and substance use services and reduced stigma surrounding treatment.
As the Outpatient Clinical Manager, Christi helps oversee the Life Integration Team and is responsible for supporting both staff and clients, as well as assisting with the delivery of high quality outpatient services.
In her free time, Christi enjoys spending time outdoors with her dogs, exploring the Austin food scene, visiting small town antique shops, and traveling.
