Rebecca began with Driftwood in 2018 in the business office as a financial assistant. She received her bachelor's degree from Louisiana State University and has since received her SHRM certification allowing her to take ownership of the HR department for Driftwood Recovery.

Rebecca finds motivation to provide quality care at Driftwood Recovery due to having close family and friends in active recovery her entire life. She remains grateful for the opportunity to work alongside the team at Driftwood to help support the team that cares for the clients. Even though she doesn’t work in direct care, being in HR allows her to support the staff so they’re able to best help and care for our residents. "I also love every employee at Driftwood which makes my job way more fun!"

Rebecca supports the staff by being a resource for all benefits provided by Driftwood, managing payroll, talent management, staff training and development, employee relations, as well as, workplace safety.

Rebecca loves to find a new adventure through traveling, hiking, visiting Austin swim holes (Barton springs, greenbelt), trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family (especially her niece and nephews).
