Eric finds his motivation from seeing firsthand the impact that others can have on people's lives and seeing the positive change that can occur in their lives.

Eric received his BSN from the University of Oklahoma in which he still pledges a strong allegiance to their athletic programs. Having grown up in Oklahoma, he was a fan of the Sooners well before he attended school there.

After graduation, Eric began working for the Menninger Clinic as a nurse. He worked at Menninger for 18 years, growing his skill set in serving those with substance use and mental health disorders.

At Driftwood, Eric is responsible for managing the 24-hour nursing care while also making sure his team has the appropriate training and education.

When not at Driftwood, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife and children, playing and watching golf, and rooting on the Oklahoma Sooners.

Eric's personal motto is; "If you think you can do a thing or you think you can't do a thing, you're right."
