Macy has worked in multiple roles centered around making sure people feel seen and supported, understanding that their experiences are important and worth holding space for. She has both personal and professional roots in the recovery community, and over time, she’s grown into the kind of work that lets her bring structure and heart to people’s journeys.
At its core, Macy’s role is to introduce people to the big, beautiful things this life has to offer. She gets to do this alongside a dedicated team, discovering every day how far kindness and an open ear can go.
Macy’s past pain has put her in a position to be uniquely qualified to help others—just like someone once took the time to help her. It’s more than giving back; it’s a consistent practice of gratitude and love that spans relationships, time, and experience. Her fulfillment is directly tied to the success of the people who’ve invited her to be part of their spiritual journeys.
Macy enjoys feeling connected—whether that’s with her lovely family, her amazing partner and best friend, mischievous cats, on horseback, cooking, writing and drawing, practicing yoga, being in her hometown in Montana, or spending time with her vibrant recovery community here in Austin. She welcomes the wild and can rest in stillness. In short, all of this feels like home.
“What is done in love is done well.”
