As someone who is in recovery, Taylor knows how important physical activity is to feel strong and confident in one’s own skin. Taylor believes that honing in on strength and truly seeing what you are capable of, provides inspiration to allow others to see their own strength.
Taylor is a certified personal trainer and health coach. Not only does he conduct group exercise and physical activity assessments, but he also facilitates individual and group experiential outings. Taylor is also someone that residents can turn to for recovery coaching.
